These headphones, for the price perform pretty well. the foam ear bits block out the sound pretty well, and u can have wierd shape ears and they still work fine, the deliver the sound deep in ur ear so u dont loose any bass in the space between, like in most cheap plastic headphones. you get a spare pair of the foamy bits for when the existing ones wear out or go crap.
The bass can be a bit overpowering sometimes, but nothin major. much better than a over trebley tinny sound, |
Very good, Bassy headphones

I've had mine for bout a year now and they havent let me down. Ideal for early morning commute when you want a snooze and not listen to the two busy bodies next to you on the bus or train. I use them on planes too and they are comfy so I find I can wear them for hours without getting sore. A little dodgy on the street though as when they are fitted properly they deaden so much background noise' its easy to miss traffic noise and when someone is speaking to you, especially when one of your favourites is playing....If they stick out too far consider cutting down the cone and inner pipe thingy with a pair of scissors. Theyre cheap enough to replace if you naff them up. |
great value

I just got a pair of these. The bass is mind blowing, I never heard anything like it.
They fit realy comfortably in the ears, and stay in easily. They block out ambient noise realy well, to the point of me not being able to hear the drunk guy sat next to me on the bus today (what a blessing) and the sound goes right into your ear canal.
Great bass, clear, crisp... lovely! |
Awsome Bass

The Koss aren't too bad considering the price, however, they seemed to me to be based on a normal sized headphone speaker, which was far too bassy once the noise was blocked out... also, they stick out from your ears like the old Star Trek films!
I've used them for in ear monitoring when playing with a band & they do block most of the other band out, but the detail on the vocals is completely lost.
If you like fat Drum & Bass then they'd suit you... if you like vocals, detail or listen to t'internet radio then your going to get a headache!
They're also dead now, after about 3 months, but i tend to break most headphones in that sort of time! |

these headphones are not the best but they do look good, are very cheap and are decent earphones. The in ear style is great and this style of headphones are good for sound isolation however...
In the description it says that they are good for "eliminating most ambient noise too like car traffic," This is my big problem with them, safety! Also the use of headphones whilst driving is dangerous and in certain countries illegal. you have been warned, I use Sony Fontopia MDR-ED21LP Earphones and the base is deep (maybe 2 deep for some but not me) and i love them. they isolate some noise, but not much, this does mean thaat you have to raise the vol a little which may damage hearing..... its personal choice |
gd for the money
